My experience encompasses various launch vehicles and puts me in a great position to provide an aerospace company with the mission assurance background and experience needed for a sound team. I am currently transitioning from active duty in the US Air Force. My availability is immediate.

My Air Force career spans 26 years in the Missile & Space Systems Maintenance career field. I have worked with the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system at Minot AFB, North Dakota and Space Launch Maintenance with the Titan IV, Atlas IIAS, and the Delta II expendable launch vehicles at CCAFS, FL. My abilities include problem solving and critical thinking as well asskills working with Microsoft Office. I also hold a Florida CDL drivers license and have been certified on various special purpose vehicles for the military, to include: bobcat, truck tractor, 5 ton gas/diesel cargo, 15K forklift, and pintle hook. · Performed 12 years at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL as quality assurance evaluator for over $8 billion in space launch processing of Department of Defense, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, National Reconnaissance Office, and commercial launch programs; earned Mission Contributor of the Year for effective management of mission assurance responsibilities, cleared suspect flight hardware saving $9 million and 320+ man-hours

· 13years of experience at Minot Air Force Base, ND as a Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system maintenance technician; maintained highest alert rate for eight consecutive years and highest in ballistic missile history at 99.7%.

Technical

· Reviewed, edited, and recommended changes to technical instructions and procedures, improving effectiveness and efficiency of highly technical launch maintenance operations

· Conducted on-console duties during terminal countdown; ensured launch vehicle reliability for the Titan IV and Delta II booster; 100% successful launches

· Operated and maintained hardware associated with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, which resulted in a record 21 depot maintenance missile recycles in one year

· Strong background with common and special purpose tools, and equipment; provided top quality maintenance which resulted in a 99.3% on-alert rate of 150 Minuteman III missiles

· Performed ballistic missile convoy operations to dispersed locations, resulted in the safe and timely transports with zero delays

· Inspected, troubleshot and repaired ground support equipment and special purpose vehicles; provided safe and reliable equipment to complete the mission

· Performed preventive maintenance inspections on support vehicles, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and support equipment; resulted in zero down time, 100% mission ready status

· Certified in Self Contained Atmospheric Protection Ensemble (SCAPE)

· Provided insight into activities of over 200 contractor engineers and technicians, resulted in the successful processing and launch of the $450M Titan IV, $97M Atlas and $45M Delta II boosters

· Monitored contractor’s technical procedure compliance focusing on safety, security & resource protection, which resulted in no reportable violations during launch site processing

· Ensured contractor compliance of $1.8B Launch Base Operations Contract; assessed and reported performance using award fee process designed to aid contractor process improvement

· Reviewed over 500 booster maintenance procedures for technical accuracy and safety adherence

· Good understanding of NASA standards

Management

· Directed 18 Quality Assurance Evaluators which resulted in 100% task coverage and ensured 100% successful Delta II launches (25/25)

· Supervised six booster technicians; resulted in 21 successful GPS, DoD and NASA missions

· Managed daily work schedules and assigned tasks to 15 personnel which resulted in two “Outstanding” and one “Excellent” Inspector General ratings

· Supervised safety and security contractual compliance of 190 contractor personnel

· Managed Unit Training program for 150 personnel
