· Final Supervised Project (1-year): Shortwave data transceiver OFDM based. Real-time data transmission system. Exploration of telecommunications systems, such as: frequency tuning, bandwidth management, modulation, synchronization, coding algorithms and digital signal processing techniques. Developed in C.
· Wired simplex real-time communication system for data transmission using DSP. Exploration of signal constellations within digital communication systems. Developed in C;
· Wired real-time DTMF coder/decoder using DSP. Exploration of DFT and Goertzel filter. Developed in C;
· Ball position control by pulling. Exploration of systems control, sensors/actuators interface with a real-time processing and acquisition unit (DSP). Developed in Simulink and MatLab;
· SMS communication system using GSM and GPS kits. Developed in Java;
· Hertzian digital radio link project with full equipment budget;
· PS2 pointer device (mouse) accelerometer based. An 8051 microcontroller derivative was used. Developed in Assembly51 and ANSI C;
· File sharing system. Exploration of distributed computing systems issues using an APACHE server. Developed in Java and JSP;
· Firmware development for keyboard decoder, magnetic card reader and LCD interface. Developed in C;
· Black and white image creator/editor using 2D coordinates. Future expansion possibility for graphical LCD interface. Developed in C/C++.
