PROFILE:

Steven is a skilled ILS Engineer, with 2 years experience across a variety of industries, including Aviation and Marine systems. Steven has worked in the Defence Sector since serving 22 years in the Military as an Aerospace Mechanical Engineer.

2004 ~ 2006 RAF BENSON, TEAM SUPERVISOR, PUMA HELICOPTERS.

· Supervised a team of 10 through the Pre-Planned Maintenance of the Puma Helicopter, ensuring work was carried out to a high standard.

· Planned the maintenance and training for personnel working on the Puma helicopter.

· Manufactured aircraft modifications to be embodied onto RAF aircraft.

· Overseeing correct standards and procedures are adhered to.

2001 ~ 2004 RAF AKROTIRI, MAINTENANCE ENGINEER, WESSEX (SAR).

Part of a small team maintaining three 40 year old Search and Rescue (SAR) Wessex Helicopters, working long hours to ensure SAR helicopters were always available.
Sheet metal repairs and manufacturing complex panels to be used on the Helicopter.
