FIRST LINE MANAGER- As a First Line Manager (FLM) I report to the Manager of Orbiter Operations for Shuttle Orbiter Processing Facility (OPF) Bay 3 at SITE TEST CONDUCTOR- The Site Test Conductor (STC) has a primary responsibility to integrate real time Vehicle work activities in support of scheduled processing. Responsible for writing, and statusing schedules for integrated tests. Central point of contact and coordination for all high bay operational elements and disciplines involved in the testing, modification, and/or repair of the Shuttle Orbiter (Engineering, Quality, Safety, Shops, etc.). As an STC I act as an On Site Coordinator for emergency management procedures. United Space Alliance- I worked as an aerospace Advanced System Technician processing the Space Shuttle Orbiters from mission to mission. My title and main responsibility is as an Orbiter Electrician, although I also perform mechanical and Spacecraft Operator duties. I am certified through NASA training programs in such tasks as electronic trouble shooting and repair, structural repairs, thermal protection, hydraset operator, hypergolic maintenance, and fiber optics, as well as many other tasks needed to process the shuttle for it’s next mission. New Piper Aircraft- Aircraft mechanic- I was assigned to an experimental program for Piper Aircraft Corporation, in which I was involved in day-to-day maintenance of the Meridian class Malibu, which is powered by a PT-6-48 Pratt and Whitney engine. This aircraft is currently under the design and certification process. Northrop Grumman - Sheet metal mechanic, Performed all tasks assigned, building B-767 center section, drilling high tolerance holes, cold working, position aircraft in fixture, sealing and corrosion control. |

Western Aviation – Self Employed Performed annual inspections for General Aviation Aircraft. Performed all maintenance required to keep customers aircraft airworthy. Bought and Restored aircraft with paint, dope and fabric, interiors, engine over haul, and aircraft documentation. Pictures available. Ran an E.A.A. shop, built and sold experimental aircraft and also gave instruction on sheet metal processes. Director of Maintenance – Spectrum Jet Center Yampa Valley Regional Airport – Hayden, CO Performed contract maintenance for Northwest, American, United, TWA and Continental Airlines. Certified through each airlines technical-training instructors. I was a certified fuel and maintenance instructor for United Airlines. Oversaw General Aviation maintenance shop. Performed annual inspections and all related aircraft maintenance. |
