    Main activities and responsibilities

    • Managed the hardware and document’ configuration of a fleet of 3 space modules. Provided engineering evaluation to any request to modify the flight hardware in order to accommodate any implementations or improvements to the modules. Part of multi-lateral boards for the review of new configuration plans of new space modules and reviews of configuration management issues. Updated the library’s design and the affected documentation, reviewed the modification proposals and provided engineering and risk assessments in compliance with the program base-line and bi-lateral agreements between the two countries.
    • Represented the Italian Space Agency at NASA, exploring, analyzing and supporting opportunities and needs among Space Agencies and private Companies from different countries. Attended systematic technical and tactical multi-lateral meetings during which I have applied the management and risk mitigation skills I learned during the MBA program. Attended to interchanged meetings providing risk mitigation actions and assisting to financial and economic negotiations and agreements among international parties.
    • Provided engineering supports to space modules operations which include ground operations as well as space operations from different NASA’ centers.
