NASA has selected Orbital Sciences Corporation of Dulles, Virginia, to provide launch services for the Ionospheric Connection Explorer (ICON) mission.     Andrew Corporation is a world leader in Satellite Antennas for commercial markets.  I was responsible for the introduction of Andrew Corporations MILSATCOM products into the Government arena as well as Radar and HF antennas.  Challenged to develop the MILSATCOM market for Andrew by developing relationships and sales to large government prime contractors and direct government sales.  Annual sales of 12 Million Dollars.

    • Succeeded in selling Andrew Corporations first Quad-Band 3.9 and 4.6 meter Tri-Fold antennas in to the US Army, US Navy, US Air force and DHS.  Total sales over the next five years expected to be $7 Million.
    • Began negotiations with a Canadian Prime to develop a new Radar system for Homeland Security.  Developed a Teaming Agreement to protect Andrew’s Proprietary Rights.

     

    Comtech EF Data –Tempe, Arizona                                      1997 -2004
