    COVER LETTER

    Attn: Human Resource                                                              Date: 8/22/2010

I graduated in 1977 from Garden Grove High and then enlist in the US Navy in 1977. Attended AMS/H School to become a F-14 Organizational Maintenance Technician. Spent seven years in Miramar, CA including two West Pac tours and then honorably discharged in 1984. Started working for General Dynamics prior to my discharge from the Navy and then transferred to Goleta in 1986 to work for Tracor Aviation.

After four years at Tracor Aviation, I enrolled full time in college to expand my computer and software skills. I studied Electronic Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing. Graduated on the Deans List and the Honorable at SBCC. From there I have researched marketing techniques for many ideas and products. After completing my adventure in marketing, I decided I would stick to new inventions.

My computer skills started in 1989 on a Macintosh, now I run a Dell 8400 that seams to do everything I need. I can run many software programs like word, PowerPoint, excel, photo, art and work related GSE and test programs, hardware like scanners printers, cameras and more.

After my time in Graphics I decided to work for McDonald Douglas as a contractor, this was financially rewording but not the best way to support a family of four. I signed on in 1996 with ABLE Engineering in Goleta who now is owned by ATK Space Systems, continued service for thirteen years. Completed over fourteen programs now flying in space with one hundred percent success. I’m proud to say I have hardware that mapped the earth in 3D and now is hanging up in the Smithsonian Institute (SRTM).

Recently completed my bachelor degree in Aerospace/Space Systems Technology. I enjoy training others, safety is first, quality, under budget and on time are my work ethics. I am seeking a position that will benefit both parties in departments such as assembly, quality, operations, R&D, manufacturing, publishing and management.

Clean driving record, no arrests, hold a class C drivers license and current passport until 2013 and I am forklift certified.

To Whom It May Concern:                                                       October 12, 2009

It is a privilege to recommend to you, Dale Williams, who I have had the pleasure of

working with at Able Engineering / ATK Space Systems from October 1997 through

June 2009.  The company that we worked together at has a very prestigious 100% flight

success record.  Dale and I worked on many programs together and Dale’s work ethic

and talent helped contributed to that success.  Dale’s attention to detail is second to

none. He is a creative thinker and many times created a method or procedure to better

assemble complex mechanical assemblies. Dale has an excellent tolerance for working

under schedule pressure.  He can be counted on to step up and put in the extra time

    needed to make deadlines.

Besides his mechanical aptitude he is gifted in the use of computers and digital media.

His photo or video documentation of his work is impressive.  Dale will be a valuable

asset to any team and I wish him much success in his future.

    Sincerely,

    Mark McClenathen

    Manufacturing Manager
