QUITO -  An Ecuadoran satellite launched last month could collide with the remains of a Russian rocket in the coming hours, the country's civilian space agency warned Wednesday.     2004 to 2005. Coordinated freight transport/delivery, and selected freight/routes to maximize profits. Held P&L responsibility, managed business development, equipment maintenance and day-to-day operations as independent contractor.

     

    Professional Development, 2002 to 2004. Took advantage of opportunity to complete undergraduate degree.

     

    Senior Quality Assurance Specialist I, Comsys/World Com, 2000 to 2002. Promoted to manage full lifecycle testing, including unit, black box, integration, and regression tests. Led 8 staff members, managed relations with vendors and internal/external customers. Completed complex software upgrades with no fallout issues.

     

    Project Manager/Quality Assurance Specialist, Comsys, 1998 to 2000. Hired to manage and define system specifications to meet management and operations department requirements. Developed test plans, including tasks and schedules, coordinated test activities.

     

    Senior Systems Analyst/Engineer, L3 Communications, 1995 to 1998. Managed staff of 15 in performing system analysis and identifying test/training requirements for Global Positioning Satellite Program's Operational Control Segment software. Developed test plans, tested software changes providing shortened training time for clients.
