My task and responsibilities are:
* Development, maintenance and evaluation of project documentation: DDV plan, System VCD, Test procedures, Test plans, Test Reports, System user manuals, System ICDs
* Organization and execution of test procedures
* Planning and supervision of AIV activities
* Participation to project reviews
* Evaluation of test and verification reports

* Technical proposals preparation
January 2011-Today: System AIV Project Leader for “Power Supply SCOE for VEGA EGSE”.
Project description: Design, realization of a Power Supply SCOE to be integrated within the VEGA EGSE System.
Main activities are related to the project documentation production, integration and validation of the PS SCOE within the VEGA EGSE system, analysis of test reports.
May 2009-Today: System AIV Project Leader for “PDHT EGSE for GMES Sentinel 3 Satellite”.
Project description: Design, realization of turn-key EGSE for the PDHT subsystem of GMES Sentinel 3 Satellite.
In the following are reported the main activities performed:
* System AIV activities (Assembly, Integration, Validation) in accordance with the ECSS standard:
design of system functional tests, coordination of test activities, acceptance of individual HW and SW components developed by the sub-contractor.
* System Deployment and Installation
* System Training and Commissioning to the Customer
* Project documentation management
April 2006-December 2009: AIV Focal Point for “System EGSE for ESA VEGA Launcher”
Project description: Realization of VEGA EGSE system for the execution of electrical and functional tests on the European spatial launcher of next generation VEGA.
The system was under strict requirements of performance and quality.
In the following are reported the main activities performed:
* System AIV activities (Assembly, Integration, Validation)
* System Engineering activities: definition of customers needs and required functionality, requirements managements, architectures definition, documents requirements, design synthesis and validation during the complete system lifecycle.
* System Deployment and Installation
* Integrated team VCS-ELV coordinator for VCS
* Hardware’s procurement for High Level Control System of EGSE
