Platform
Embedded systems
Location
Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd..{BHEL}
Description
In this project, the speed of DC motor is controlled by using micro controller based circuit. This is achieved by forming a closed loop control, interfacing a DAC to the micro controller. The speed of motor is measured using proximity switch which gives pulse signal when biased. This pulse signal is connected to a counter and the measured count is converted to a speed. Here in this project, the DAC uses sigma/delta conversion method.
