- MILSTAR Trained/Certified
- Experienced in handling Cryptographic materials
- Skilled in the operation and maintenance of MIDAS, CDS / SMU, Timeplex, Promina, AN/GSC-52A, SCTIS, AN/USC-28, SLM-3650 Modem, BEM 7650 Modem, OM-73 Modem, Paradise Datacom Modem, Comm Quest CQM-248A Modem, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Signal Generators, and other RF equipment measurement devices
