    Responsible for payload operation on Eutelsat satellites, managing a multicultural team of up to 20 people.  Direction of all operational activities related to Network Control via the Eutelsat CSC.  Continual development and implementation of interference management methods and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality on all services, with emphasis on System Discipline amongst all users to ensure Network Integrity.  Integration of state of the art measurement and control facilities to allow the CSC to have visibility of all services at all times, definition of all future needs regarding worldwide coverage requirements and also the development of new measurement systems (in close coordination with relevant suppliers) to meet the changing needs due to new service types  and/or end customer requirements.

    1998 – 1999    Eutelsat, Paris
    Operations Manager of the Eutelsat Communications System Control (CSC) centre.  Control of all operational activities related to Network Control via the Eutelsat CSC and follow-up of all System Discipline issues with operators.

    1995 – 1997    Eutelsat, Paris
    Network Control Engineer in the Operations Department.  Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all activities regarding the line-ups of uplink earth stations, including antennae verification tests, start of service tests, and whenever necessary in-service testing.

    Network Planning Engineer for the Eutelsat TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) telecommunications network.
