I have 7+ years of experience managing and implementing communication and IT projects in scientific and technical organizations. I have been a consultant in Communication and in Information Management and was part of the Communication Strategy & Planning team of the European Space Agency. I have a recognized talent to work with different players and achieving fast results bringing new ideas in communication and outreach. I have consolidated experience in both External and Internal Communication projects. Since 2001 I have been providing business management support in the organisations I have worked. This included support to the planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of technical activities and communication activities and associated progress in terms of output / schedule / resources, and of related procurement actions. Currently I am working in Learning Operations in Shell International on a project concerning the new Virtual Learning Environment implementation and content migration to Moodle. During my time at ESA I was responsible for writing and implementing communication plans (GOCE, CryoSat and SMOS) and for the negotiation and the set-up of communication partnerships with business partners and stakeholders, including media. My main interests include: marketing, web technology, science and mathematics, environmental issues. I enjoy travelling and meeting different people. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and cooking for them. |
