in excess of $40M.
* Managed two high-profile R&D programs with an aggregate annual budget of $10M, administering five
contracts and a team of 30+ systems engineering and development contractors.
* Led a government $5M Source Evaluation Board for four R&D contracts; responsible for acquisition strategy,
proposal technical evaluation and vendor selection.
