Chief Operating Officer 2006-2008
Global Operations Management of an American Telecommunications Company that delivered and maintained end-to-end services in more than 140 countries and gave teleport services throw 2 teleports, 1 at UK and 1 at Germany that formerly belonged to Deutsche Telekom (the third teleport in the world). The position was responsible for the business development and the start up of a highly secure Data and Disaster Recovery Center.
Global Customer Service Management that included a Global Operation Center and a Global Delivery Center dedicated to the attention of NGOs like United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and African Union, Governmental Organizations like US Army and large international companies like Citigroup, HSBC or BNP Paribas. The position also was responsible for the attention problems escalated from General Managers, CEOs, CIOs or Operations Directors from these customers.
Supply Chain Management worldwide through 10 Regional Support Centers (in USA, UK, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Senegal and Thailand) that included Warehouses and Field Engineering facilities.
The position was based at the Headquarter in USA, the main teleport in Germany, the secondary teleport in UK and the NOC in Argentina, and included the responsibility for the following departments: Technology Strategy, Engineering, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Supply Chain Management, International & Regulatory Affairs and the Regional Directors for Europe, Asia and Africa.
Major goals achieved:
ü Business Process Reengineering and Change Management of the Organization in order to support a growing of 4 times in revenue and 2 times in installations with and increase of 50% of the head counting.
ü Decrease of 8% in Direct Costs because long term agreements with key suppliers.
ü Decrease of 15% of Operational Costs because the implementation of strong controls in the Field Engineering Department, Warehouses and Regional Offices.

Because the project was developed at Telstra and Sevillana de Gas and required to work in Australia and Spainfor 3 month).
Project Manager of the Mediation System needed for the call by call billing (reporting to Telecom Italia, half time in Italy and half time in Argentina).
Project Manager for the Network Digitalization and the Service Activation (reporting to France Telecom, half time in France and half time in Argentina).
Start-Up, Change Management & Interim Management of 4 Call-Centers / Back-Offices / Network Operations Centers with more than 1.200 employees without sensitive operative impacts.
