·         Tender specification, documentation and evaluation; contract administration and design compliance review

·         Development of annual quality plans and budget for the unit, which will impact positively on revenue enhancement.

1.   Masvingo Mars Project.

This project was for the provision of Telecommunication services to about 3000 rural customers in six exchange areas using Fixed Wireless Access systems.

·         Involved in contract negotiations and drafting with the winning bidder

 

2.)   MIMOSA  VOICE AND DATA NETWORK

The aim of the project is to come up with a detailed proposal for the provision of voice and data services to the Murowa Project site.
