  • Member of the Mini-Baja Team – UnB – Development and assemble of an off-road car with competitive objectives against other universities from Brazil.

 

  • Practical Training at Mitsubishi Electronics for the period of 320 work hours – 1st semester of 2004.

 

  • Development of a computer three dimensional model of a hydroelectric generator, in partnership with Eletronorte, government energy agency of the Northern states of Brazil. 1st semester of 2005.

  • Scholarship at Porto University at the Engineering Faculty at Porto, Portugal.  This scholarship was offered by UnB (University of Brasília) to the top 16 (sixteen) engineering students at the University who applied for the exchange program.  2nd second semester of 2005.  Because of the graduation project time schedule it was decided not to go.

 

  • Graduation: UnB (University of Brasília) – Mechatronic engineering with 5 (five) years program.  Graduated in the 1st semester of 2006 as one of the top 10 students of the class.

 

  • Double Masters Degree in Space Engineer by SpaceMaster Consortium.  Also granted with the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. Current Project (Pos-graduate project)

         

  • Complete design and assembly of an Inertial Navigation System(INS) with 6 degrees of freedom (3 gyros, 3 accelerometers and a temperature sensor for error calibration) aided by GPS and a 3 axis magnetometer.  The microcontroller used is an ARM7 Philips with CAN communication capabilities.  The Extended Kalman Filter will be used for the data fusion.  The project also includes the design of the PCBs using Eagle Software.  The project is sponsored by the Czech Rep. Army.
