Major Project Accomplished:

·   Responsible for System Integration of the ATV1 Flight to the International Space Station. Briefed Boeing

    Program Management on certification of flight readiness.

·   Responsible for transferring Androgynous Peripheral Attachment System (APAS) project from Huntington Beach to

    Houston.

Primary responsibilities:

Performed strategic planning, technical directions, and guidance, as well as hands-on project management for the ATV1 and Androgynous Peripheral Docking Assembly (APDS) project development activities.

Supervised and directly assigned personnel to accomplish required project goals for the ATV1 and Androgynous Peripheral

Docking Assembly (APDS).

Successfully negotiated with Energia and obtained their signature on Technical Assistant Agreement (TAA) for the

Androgynous Peripheral Docking Assembly (APDS).

Developed Vehicle Engineering department budget, staffing plans, directions and control for Houston and Florida sites.

Responsible for the technical and project management meetings with NASA and team members to insure effective

communication, common direction, establish, and implement solutions to achieve project goals.
