• specimen preparation, management of data acquisition systems and post processing of experimental results;

The experience at NASA Langley Research Center and the participation in C.V.A Team Project has allowed the development of attitudes and competences in technical work carried out in international teams, such as the need for precise personal responsibilities in the group and the capability of interacting and communicating with the other members in order to achieve the expected results within the scheduled time.

The role of secretary and directive board executive member of AESA Torino (Aerospace Engineering Students’ Association), held from July 2007 to December 2009, led to the acquisition of competences related to:

• weekly teamwork coordination for the organization of international and local events aimed at the widespread of “aerospace culture”, notably workshops and technical visits to companies and research centers such as:

USA: Pratt&Whitney, NASA Langley Research Center;

ITALY: AgustaWestland, Piaggio Aero, Thales Alenia Space, Avio, Alenia Aeronautica, Alenia Aermacchi;

• logistics and budget management, responsibility owned during the 1^st edition of iWAT (International Workshop on Aerospace Technology), a three-day conference session organized by AESA Torino and held at Politecnico di Torino from 26^th to 28^th October 2009, hosting lecturers from all the previously quoted companies and research centers.

Other tasks, such as event planning and scheduling, featured shared responsibility with the other six components of the AESA iWAT Team.

• June 2008: attendance to a technical–practical workshop dealing with helicopter competition rules at Mengen Flugplatz (Germany);
• August 2008: FAI assistant judge at the World Helicopter Championship in Eisenach (Germany);
• June 2009: FAI international judge at the World Air Games in Torino (Italy)
