Aeronautical Engineer, completed a 5-year study program at the University.  
 
Inspector at National Direction of Airworthiness, Buenos Aires, Argentina, since January 2005.
As an Argentine Naval Officer (Engineer), many positions in the Argentine Navy as Chief of Divisions (1991 – 2004). Gained consistent Knowledge & Experience in Aircraft Systems and Maintenance (Structures, Engines, Hydraulic Systems and Survivalship Equipment & Systems, Material Provision/Administration and Stock Control) in the Navy for 13 years. Important maintenance/repairs tasks and planning were performed on naval aircraft and engines. Stress analysis and Modeling of Structures (AutoCAD). Technical reports issued for different matters. Chief of Divisions’ responsibility is mostly to lead the work teams who are involved with maintenance/repairs tasks, such as defining procedures, selecting spare parts, designing repairs, and assisting any other specific requirement. 
 
Strongly interested in Spacecraft and Launch Vehicles, completed the above mentioned courses “Technology of Aerospace Systems”,“Elements of Spacecraft Design”, and “Introduction to Spaceflight”. Knowledge of Spacecraft Design: mass allocation and systems, orbits, Interplanetary transfers, Vehicle and Booster performance, attitude dynamics and control, etc.
 
Expertise in Personnel Management developed since entrance in the Navy. Excellent natural Interpersonal Skills.
Mathematics & Teaching skills, analytical ability. University Teaching Assistant for 3 years (1993 – 1996).
