Digital Cities & Wi-Fi mesh Networks (final year MSc project)                       2007         

This project contain detailed discussion of technical issues in the establishment of Hot Spots and Digital Cities like Architecture of digital cities, techniques to model a digital city, wireless security issues and identity management . Utility of WI-FI mesh networks to establish a Digital city. This project contains detailed discussion of many digital cities all over the world by keeping the things in mind like QoS support, cost effectiveness etc.

Designing Circularly Polarized Microstrip Patch Antenna (PG Dip project)                                                                                                 2006

Designing of circularly polarized Microstrip patch antenna operating on high frequencies 5.2 GHz & 5.6 GHz . And complete analysis of the results like radiation patterns, bandwidth and frequency from the simulation.

Windows Sniffer (final year BSc project)                                                            2005

Complete real time software made in Visual C++ which is able to capture all TCP packets from internet traffic and capable of multi packets assembling and virus signature matching with a database to locate incoming viruses and alert the system before virus attack. I put another additional feature in this software to do Port Scanning.

Global positioning system (GPS)                                                               2006

A research paper on GPS published in the University of Bradford “Personal Mobile and Satellite Communication and RF engineering” workshop.

ACHIEVEMENTS, INTERESTS & ACTIVITIES

Achievements

·        Class representative and position holder in school and college years and Ist year in University.

·        I have been the best in debates and speech areas in my college.

·        I won 1^st price in science exhibition during college period (making and designing of mechanical control glider) making high speed toy cars, robots and helicopters.

Interests: netsurfing, reading magazines related to upcoming telecom technologies and making new ideas, listening music and cooking
