    ·         Prediction of the axial and torsional stiffness of several geometric shapes for future extrapolation to real engine casing structures. Comparison of theoretical to computational results.

    ·         Static analysis and Finite Element Modeling (FEM) of the NGSA rotor when one stage presents a manufacturing defect. Comparison to the non-defective configuration.

    ·         FEM and high cycle fatigue analysis of the turboshaft MTR390 casing.

    ·         FEM of the two different configurations of the turbofan PWX10 compressor and turbine.

    ·         FEM of the PWX10 casing.

    ·         Static analysis of the PWX10 when two blades in the compressor are loosened. Prediction of the pre-load required in the shaft to account for the blade-off event.

    ·         Static analysis of the horizontal stabilizer tip of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

    ·         FEM of the horizontal stabilizer of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Application of the linear gap technology to capture the floating fastener condition in the trailing edge.

    ·         Mass, shape, and topology optimizations for weight saving purposes of the trailing and leading edges ribs of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner horizontal stabilizer.

    Research assistant in conjunction with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA.) Study of a Boeing 727 fuselage metallic panel subjected to fatigue testing using scanning electron microscopy. Prediction of the corresponding crack growth.
