        Houston.

    Performed strategic planning, technical directions, and guidance, as well as hands-on project management for the ATV1 and Androgynous Peripheral Docking Assembly (APDS) project development activities.

    Supervised and directly assigned personnel to accomplish required project goals for the ATV1 and Androgynous Peripheral

    Docking Assembly (APDS).

    Successfully negotiated with Energia and obtained their signature on Technical Assistant Agreement (TAA) for the

    Androgynous Peripheral Docking Assembly (APDS).

    Developed Vehicle Engineering department budget, staffing plans, directions and control for Houston and Florida sites.

    Responsible for the technical and project management meetings with NASA and team members to insure effective
