2007 - 2008: airlift inc., Jerusalem. Founder & CEO.
airlift is a consulting company providing services in aerospace engineering and international business development. airlift’s mission is to foster partnerships between aerospace companies worldwide. Its customers include the Economic Mission of the French Embassy in Israel and the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
2005 - 2007: Asher Space Research Institute, Technion, Haifa, Principal Coordinator.
In charge of the scientific cooperation between Israel and the European Union on Galileo, Europe's future constellation of positioning satellites.
2004 - 2005: Independent Consultant, Jerusalem.
Led several international projects focusing on Business Development, Marketing and R&D.
2002 - 2003: Aeroconseil Germany, Airbus Technology Park, Hamburg, Chief Operating Officer.
Pioneered Aeroconseil's movement into the German market through the development and management of its newest subsidiary.
Represented all the group's activities: consulting, engineering and air transport services.
• Accountable for profit and loss, strategic planning and operations management.
• Built up a solid relationship and negotiated contracts with Airbus Germany.
• Searched for local partners for potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

Business Development & Marketing Manager (1998 - 2000)
• Identified clients, developed proposals and oversaw contract specification. Marketed hardware and software systems at local and international trade shows.
• Selected as Deputy Program Chair for the 19th Digital Avionics Systems Conference. Tasks performed pertained to finance, local arrangements and technical program.
Program Manager (1996 - 1998)
• Directed the development of a software tool representing and analyzing radar coverage and overlap. Responsible for customer support.
• Supervised TCAS (Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System) Independent Verification & Validation process.
Managed a cross-company team of 10 and a budget exceeding $1M. Program received the Monticello Award.
Aerospace Engineer (1995 - 1996)
Patented a new method to improve GPS (Global Positioning System) relative positioning accuracy.
Developed and managed ground and flight trials.
1993 - 1994: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Lincoln Laboratory, Cambridge, United States, Visiting Engineer - French Government Envoy.
• Awarded a prestigious grant from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to represent the French Civil Aviation Authority in Washington, D.C.
• Developed the latest generation of mid-air collision avoidance systems within the Air Traffic Surveillance group at M. I. T.
1993: Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Oxford, United Kingdom,Visiting Scientist.
Awarded a grant from the Chamber of Commerce of Toulouse to model reflection and scatter from rough sea surfaces.
Improved radio communications between Royal Air Force pilots and air traffic controllers.
