In this context I was encharged of development/integration/validation of a SCOE device, for satellites constellation named GALILEO. During this experience i have managed a little team of engineers for integration and validation activity.

Software/Hardware Engineer. Development of VHDL/Verilog/C software for FPGA and PowerPC devices. In PE-EDCine european project context i was encharged of design of a board for DCinema contents elaboration. The board was a complex and powerfull processing system, that employs three FPGA and two TI DSP. The system uses JPEG2000 and H.264 compression and decompression IP cores; HD-SDI/3G-SDIand PCI-express for input-output data transfer; Sarial Rapid IO for intercommunication between all logic devices and for board-to-board data transfer; DDR2 for data processing. All these technologies are managed by the FPGA’s Board Support Package functions. |
