This position requires thoroughly developed interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a multicultural team.

During my placement, I developed a professional attitude by keeping to a timetable of events. Moreover, I improved my communication skills both due to the responsibility of my position and the need of reporting back to my supervisors. Furthermore, I did gain a further commercial awareness of the steel industry by getting to know more about the company, its suppliers and the processes, especially of the Aerospace industry.
