Current position (since April 2007): Mechanical engineer at “Carlo Gavazzi Space S.p.A.” www.cgspace.it, mechanical/thermal dept.
Design, manufacturing and integration of the thermal control system of the particles detector AMS02 http://ams.cern.ch/AMS/ams_homepage.html, payload of the International Space Station, to be launched in Sept. 2010. It is assembled at CERN, where I joined the integration phases.
September 2006–March 2007: Mechanical engineer at “Perucchini S.p.A” www.perucchini.com, a shell-moulding cast-iron foundry.
September 2005–April 2006: Programmer at “Accenture Technology Solutions”, in
Milan, Italy. Customer Contact Management (CCM) -Vodafone project.
March-May ’04: Tutoring the Aerospace engineering degree students at “Politecnico di
Milano”, Milan, Italy.

August 2000-July2001: ERASMUS academic year at “Kungliga Tekniska Hogstskolan” (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden, studying the following subjects: Aerodynamic, Aircraft Engines, Finite Element Method, Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Design and Swedish Language.

FEBRUARY 2005: the article “Coordinated Reconfiguration Manoeuvres for Swarm Formation Flying”, an extract of the thesis’ work, has been presented at the “4th International Workshop on Satellite Constellations and Formation Flying”.
SEPTEMBER 2003: member of the“Pharos-Interplanetary Positioning System” group which participated to the “Aurora Student Contest” promoted by the European Space Agency winning a special award.
I was particularly concerned with the power subsystem.
