    SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
    Intelligence analysis is the process of taking known information about situations and entities of strategic, operational, or tactical importance, characterizing the known and with appropriate statements of probability, the future actions in those situations and by those entities. The descriptions drawn from what may only be available in the form of deliberately deceptive information; as an analyst I correlate the similarities among deceptions and extract a common truth. Although the practice is found in its purest form in intelligence agencies (Canadian Security Intelligence Service, Central Intelligence Agency, Secret Intelligence Service) its methods are also applicable in fields such as business intelligence or competitive intelligence.
     
    GIS ANALYST
     
    Trained on ArcGIS and Remote View. I have an extensive knowledge of the collection management process and have managed up to twelve individuals on 24 hour mission rotations. 
     
    MISSION MANAGER TES
     
    Tasked to read and interpret large-scale maps, aerial photographs and radar and infrared images, write reports on the same and identify transportation and communication routes. Qualified to use the principles and techniques of photo grammetry and employ computer based electronics (Unix, Windows and Macintosh), mechanical, and optical devices to study and interpret photographs; assist in the preparation of map overlay, plots, mosaics, charts and other graphics; compute distances and field coordinates; assist in the preparation of written reports on image interpretation findings. Possess an extensive knowledge of the collection management cycle and process.  Used all of these skills in Iraq as the NCOIC of the Full Motion Video Section supporting Predator/Reaper operations for 1st Armored Division. This mission did not exist prior to my team’s arrival. We supported the division and provided 24 hour over-watch. 
     
    IMAGERY COLLECTION MANAGER
     
    Led three man team writing and submitting imagery collection requests. Trained three soldiers on the use of RMS, Requirements Management System, Web Fishtools, and other applications to ensure that requests were properly entered and track them until the collection requirement was satisfied.
     
    NON-COMMISIONED OFFICER
    My military training has allowed me to acquire the skills necessary to lead and train subordinates and develop effective teamwork within any organization. Enhanced skills in counseling, communication (written and verbal) decision making, training, and overall leadership abilities.
