Job Description
Callisto is an international company and provides consultancy and engineering expertise for space communication systems, principally for ground stations. Callisto has been recognized and listed by the European Space Agency since 1993.
We are currently seeking to recruit an additional engineer for our client based in Germany.
In addition to having a University degree (or equivalent) in the relevant discipline, ideal candidates should have experience the following area:
- Extensive professional experience in design , implementation, integration and testing of internet & Intranet application using JEE and Oracle databases
- professional experience in JSF, JSP, Servlets, XML, CSS, Javascript
- Oracle database
- SMPT
- UML
- UNIX
- Knowledge of Ajax
- Languages: English (reading, written, spoken) mandatory, German and or French knowledge being considered as an asset.
- The variety of the tasks and the scope of the system to be support require a high degree of autonomy..
- EU National or a current valid work permit to work in an EU country.
The position will be for an initial contract of 1 year. From January 09 The employment package includes supplemental insurance package contributed to by the company (health care, retirement and disability). Salary will be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
