Activities:
You will be working for a major European space company. In your role as Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Development of system architecture
- Allocation of requirements
- Development of system performance models
- Selection of hardware and software
- Establishment of test plans
- Preparation of test specifications and procedures
- Execution of test and preparation of test protocols
- Participation in meetings and reviews
- Documentation of design in system design specifications and interface requirements specifications
- Preparation of plans for system procurement, integration and acceptance testing, for facility preparation, material management and training
- Management of subcontractors
Skills:
You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:
- University degree in physics, electrical engineering, space technology, mechanical engineering or another relevant discipline
- Several years of experience in systems engineering for space industry
- Basic experience in launch vehicles, propulsion, thermodynamics and structures
- Fluency in English language is mandatory, knowledge of French
language would be advantageous together with good communication skills
