Initially, Iranian media said that the rocket put the nation's first home-produced communications satellite into orbit, but later reports maintained that the mission was merely a test of the launch vehicle.Iranian officials say a rocket launch last weekend was merely a test, but U.S. military intelligence officials now see it as a failed attempt to put a satellite in orbit.

    We are looking for Contamination and Cleanliness support to the quality assurance department of a satellite prime contractor.

    ACTIVITIES:
    • - Provide technical support for cleanliness and contamination aspects of M&P (materials and processes) for optical instruments
    • - Perform contamination analysis for optical instruments on the satellite using an analytical tool
    • - Review/approve platform/instrument design for cleanliness aspects and contamination in terms of M&P
    • - Review subcontractors M&P for cleanliness aspects and contamination and perform supplier audits
    • - Prepare cleanliness and contamination plan(s)
    • - Establish a contamination control system for instrument/platform during AIT
    • - Provide cleanliness engineering support to equipments

    SKILLS:


    • - University degree in Aerospace production technology, chemical or physical science
    • - Several years of experience in space projects and materials science
    • - Good analytical thinking
    • - Ability to quickly learn new systems
    • - Experience in working with software models and simulation tools
    • - Familiarity with space standards ECSS, PSS or aeronautical or military standards
    • - Fluency in English language is mandatory, German would be benefitial
    • - Ability to work with minimum supervision
    • - Good communication and interpersonal skills
