    To work on customer site in Germany (Oberpfaffenhofen) we are currently looking for one:

     

    GALILEO OPERATIONS engineer (M/F)

     

    Tasks and responsibilities:

     

    The Engineer will be assigned to Galileo OIV Operations and provide operations support for the definition, development and test of the Flight Operational Procedures. In addition the Engineer will define the requirements of, and later on populate and customize the satellite database.

     

    Qualifications and experience:

     

    The ideal candidate will have a University degree in engineering together with relevant professional experience in operations. The applicant should have knowledge of procedure generation and be familiar with MOIS and eventualy SCOS 2000. Previous involvement in Galileo or any other satellite navigation mission is considered as an asset as well as knowledge of the esa operational environment.

     

    Fluency in English and Italian together with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work in international teams is needed.
