    The Context


    LSE Space Engineering and Operations AG is one of the main support providers of qualified and motivated engineers to the Directorate of Operations at ESOC. The European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) operates and maintains the ESA network of ground stations (ESTRACK).

    We are looking for several motivated and experience technicians and engineers to support ESOC. The requested support is for the maintenance of generic control center infrastructure, remote operations of the ESTRACK ground station network and for the ESTRACK Integrated Logistics Support.

     

     

    Your Task

     

    We are looking for  

    • SENIOR Technicians and SUPPORT ENGINEERS
    • INTEGRATED LOGISTIC SUPPORT (ILS) for ground stations


    that will support ESA at ESOC implement and operate ILS for ESTRACK ground stations.

    The general task of the Senior Technician and Support Engineer will be to organize the deployment of technical equipment, the processing of repair requests and the procurement of spare parts and new system components to ground stations and operation control centers.

     


     

     Your Profile

     

    The candidate should have a relevant technical education together with several years of work experience in the implementation of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), ideally in the context of ground stations or ground segments in space operations.

    In addition, he/she should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with proven ability to interface efficiently with relevant technical division, purchase division and local suppliers and industry.

     Fluency in English, the ability to work in international teams together with a high degree of reliability and autonomy is needed.

     

     

     Location

     

    European Space Operations Center (ESOC), Darmstadt, Germany.
