    • I am currently responsible for over 60 PLC Field Interface Controllers diagram drawings and their Rack Assemblies drawings associated with the KCCS system. 
    • I determine the need in each area and work directly with NASA and vendors in the delivery of components for fabrication, testing, and checkout of the new PLC racks for monitoring. Micro-station and Auto-Cad drafting system use in processing design.
    • I evaluate and select new equipment and work to establish standards to define replacements using cost-effective commercial off the shelf equipment.

      

    November 1983 to July 1996

    ENGINEER TO SENIOR ENGINEER, LOCKHEED MARTIN SPACE OPERATIONS

    • Responsible for new installation and modification of existing equipment to monitor and control Complex Control System (CCS) for Space Shuttle processing.
    • CCS interfaces with HVAC, waste water, 60 HERTZ POWER, PAD PNEUMATICS systems, and other miscellaneous facility systems such as Oxygen Deficiency and Chlorine Injection.
    • Perform analyses, provide concept, hardware selection, produce detailed drawings, and provide support during fabrication/installation and checkout.

    • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers.
