    • Provided software technical support during the integration of the Aircraft Maintenance Unit, two new precision-guided munitions, and a primary flight display into the CF-18 Hornet.
    • Evaluated industrial proposals for upgrades to the CF-18 mission computer and the multi-purpose display units.
    • Closely monitored the technical progress of several CF-18 flight software projects.
    • Organized and executed the validation and verification of a communications pod, the
      GBU-49 GPS/laser guided weapon, and the joint direct-attack munition (JDAM).
    • Directed the software engineering process group in the development of a new software engineering method including that reduces the overall cost of a project by up to 50%.
    • Wrote AF-9000 procedural standards for process improvement in areas of responsibility.
