     2004-2009, I was a Project Manager and Senior Consultant in a Italian Consultancy and system integrator company in telecommunication sector (a former Cisco Systems participated company in Italy). Mainly,  for  national and international projects in the field of Civil Protection, Critical  Infrastructure Protections, Emergency and Security TLC, to  : 

    • Scouting new project opportunities and Build-up project proposals,
    • TeamBuildingand negotiations,
    • Project Management of related projects.  

    2003-2004, I was the Project Manager of a “Network supervising integrated system framework” (for my company). Moreover, I was a senior consultant  in a Italian’s aerospace consortium (including major Italian players in space and telecommunication) to define and coordinate specific proposals for EU’s FP6 projects, ASI (Italian Space Agency), ESA, and for a new space telecommunication project related to European GNSS/Galileo space system.

     1998-2002,  I was involved in the following projects for a Optical Systems’ Manufacturer as Delivery Manager area firmware:

    • Add-Drop Multiplexer/Line Terminal for SDH optical nets
    • Transponders with FEC functions for SDH at 2,5 and 10 Gbs optical fiber nets. 

    1993 – 1997               Italina Branch of a major world TLC manufacturer

    Software engineer and Team Leader   in the French Telecommunication company located in Milan (Italy).

    I was the Italian responsible for the Lawful Telecommunication Intercept system (in the switching network area) and member of the related International team.

    Software engineer,in the Italian engineering company for design and development of space electronic systems. Located in Milan (Italy).

    As project officer of the ground dept. and responsible for design and development of software parts, I was involved in the following projects:

    • New generation of packet telecommand and telemetry system for the EURECA program, requested by European Space Agency (ESA).
    • Software architecture of the “Botany Facility” EURECA payload, requested by ESA.
    • Envisat program, Helios  satellite and SAX satellite.
