Leads the design, development, and integration efforts of Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) C2BMC. Leads 40-member General Officer directed team seamlessly integrating sensor data across AEGIS, THAAD, Patriot, and GMD weapon systems. Developed road map brief that heavily influenced Presidential decision to shift missile defense focus towards regional versus strategic efforts. Spearheaded 2-yr accelerated fielding of new MDA radar control capabilities.
