May 2013 – Present I am AIT Engineer Team Lead in GALILEO project, which is the European Union global navigation system. OHB System AG as prime contractor and Surrey Satellite Technology (SSTL) have teamed for the production of the navigation satellites. OHB System AG is the responsible for the concept, the satellites platforms and the satellite level integration and test, in total with the production of 22 satellites.
My role and my main activities as team lead are:
1. Team coordination and planning.
2. Resources coordination and planning
3. Agreement of schedule, procedures and plans.
4. Leading the performance of:
- Electrical and functional tests at unit and system level (Power, thermal, software part of OBDH and FDIR, AOCS and propulsion).
- Harness and bonding test.
- End to end polarity, SFT and SFPT tests.
- TVAC campaign
- Launch Campaign
5. Manufacture and validation of harness for EGSEs.
6. Use of CCS with SCOS 2000
7. Product assurance, Non-Conformance reports. ECSS Standards. Experience in; TRR, PTR, NRB, MIP and DRB
8. As a Team lead, ensuring the qualification of specific manufacturing and integration processes, the risk assessment and control of the project.
9. Daily reports and ensuring quality and AIT management ad-hoc information.
10. Write test procedure and test report.

During this time, working for Airbus Defence and Space in CASA Espacio. I have built expertise in (including but not limited to): ECSS standards, Astrium AS250 platform, Astrium EGSE environment for satellite integration as well as complex long term AIT activities planning.
