    • Produced a successful proposal for a space-based radar simulation laboratory for the Defence Research Establishment, Ottawa.
    • Responsible for the program schedule and work breakdown structure, and for tracking progress.
    • Managed subcontractors and company staff in the design and development of simulation software.
    • Evaluated and procured commercial off-the-shelf software components, including databases, CAE & CASE tools, and compilers.

    • Managed a team of engineers responsible for the integration and test of a real-time airborne navigation training system.
    • Designed and developed software to allow students and instructors to operate navigation avionics and a search radar on the training aircraft.
