    Information Systems Technician in the Laboratory for Space Astrophysics and Theorical Physics (LAEFF) which has the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA) at ESAC (European Space and Astronomy Center) / ESA
    (European Space Agency) carrying out tasks of system and network administration:

     

    • Order management hardware and consumables (in coordination with Director of systems).

    • Inventory management equipment and consumables.

    • Preparation of manuals and reports to the Director of systems.

    • Management and troubleshooting hardware.

    • Management and resolution of network problems in coordination with the Department of ESA systems.

    • Collaboration in systems and networks management in PARTNER (Academic Project with the telescope of NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) in Robledo).

    • Computer systems installation, configuration and maintenance: Solaris 9, OpenBSD, Linux (Red Hat, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, OpenSuSE, Knoppix) and Windows NT/2k/XP.

    • Instalation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, device's network (hubs, switches, etc.)

    • Configuration and maintenance of SAN network.

    • Configuration and maintenance of HP StorageWorks 4000 Enterprise Virtual Arrays

    Professional Training in Management Information Systems, Instituto Fomento Ocupacional (F.O.C.), Granada (Spain, 2001-2003). I studied these two years network management, system management (windows 2000 and Linux), programing whit C++, databases management (Mysql), implemetacion of services like DNS. The last three months of these two years, I was interning (practices) at a telephone company.
