    A position in support of the DOD or Homeland Security relating to Space Operations, Cyber, Security, IT or Logistics Management Willing to relocate.

    PROFILE:

    Satellite Systems Crew Chief. Space Based Infra-Red System (SBIRS) SBIRS HEO Mission. Satellite command and control along with supervision of active duty USAF personnel and contractor employees. Operate SBIRS HEO, Air Force Space Command’s (AFSPC) $832M space- based taskable sensor. Perform sensor and ground station anomaly resolution by trouble shooting and analyzing system malfunctions. Monitor payload state of health to maintain nominal operations and prevent damage to infrared sensors. Execute payload command activities in direct support of JFCC- Space operational mission. Configure and maintain UNIX-based ground operations system for SBIRS-HEO payloads.
