    Design and implementation of the standard IEEE 802.21 MIH (Media Independent Handover), which studies the performance of handovers between heterogeneous networks, in two parallel projects.

    In the first one, I designed and implemented, in collaboration with the University of Essex, a Connection Manager that complied with the standard IEEE 802.21. The programming language used was JAVA.
