    June 03 - Current    Safran Group - Snecma Space Propulsion Division - Vernon (FRANCE)

    Jan.10 - Current     Project Manager for the high-thrust Rocket Engine Demonstrator SCORE-D

    • Controls planning and Snecma internal budget (30 man-years equivalent). Evaluates the benefit of Earned-Value Management method.
    • Fulfills technical coordination and synthesis (resources from Snecma, co-contractors EADS Astrium Germany and Avio Italy, and subcontractors). Led the work for the choice of the reference demonstrator architecture and for the System Requirement Review.
    • Reports project progress to the customer (European Space Agency assisted by French Space Agency CNES).
    • Assists the program manager for:
    • The management of sub-contractors and co-contractors (acceptance of deliverables, consistency of activities, contract fulfillment).
    • The preparation and the negotiation of technical and financial proposals in consistency with available budget.

     

    July 08 - Dec.09     Project Engineer for the VINCI engine thrust chamber assembly (TCA)

    • Managed technical synthesis of subcontractors activities (EADS Astrium, Snecma Propulsion Solide)
