    Galileo division: Project Manager of the OSPF project in the context of the Galileo program IOV phase for the Europeal Spacial Agency (ESA), in the GNSS unit. The Orbit and Synchronisation  Processing Facility (OSPF), it is the core of the Galileo system in charge of computing the navigation messages to be transmitted by the Galileo satellites.

    Main characteristics of the system are:

    ¡  Real Time constraints up to milliseconds scale.

    ¡  SW Criticality DAL C.

    ¡  Technologies: SNMP, XML, Language C, LynxOS 178.

    ¡  Design: Based on UML for the SW and Yourdon for the algorithmic part.

    Responsibilities:

    ¡  Management of the project:

    -                     Definition and control of project schedule.

    -                     Interface with the final client.

    -                     Definition and coordination of the responsibilities for the different teams.

    -                     Definition and control of the resources.

    -                     Financial control of the project.

    -                     Coordination of subcontractor activities and follow up.

The AF is the part of the OSPF in charge of the computation of the Galileo navigation message content.

    ¡  Analysis and design of real time aspect of the system: schedulability,  WCA,  software budget file, etc.

    2004-2005

    Galileo division: Technical Manager in theADvantisproject (GJU sixth framework program).

    ¡  ADvantis description: Definition of a centralised system with integrity guarantee capable of providing positions to liability critical applications, concept development and prototype implementation.
