    ACCOMPLISHMENTS

    • Designed and rehosted graphics display software for the Input/Output System on the Shuttle Mission Simulator facility upgrade program.  Preliminary and critical design documents were produced using Government Standards.  Software was coded, tested, and cycled at the second block of shared on-line time.
    • Led project for the inputs to the configuration management process which resulted in the section passing an audit for the first time with a score of 98/100.

    • Responsible for developing, documenting, coordinating, monitoring status, scheduling and providing program visibility and quality to the customer for over 500 change requests for the International Space Station (ISS) on time with an average grade of 98/100.
    • Mediated resolution of issues, determined alternatives, directed and implemented solutions for the Homeland Security Program to successfully meet contract deadline and have hardware activated in major airports across the United States. Participated with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
    • Managed, created the definition, development, maintenance, allocation, verification, and issue resolution of ISS System level requirements down to the Canadian segment specification, the Italian segment specification and interface control documents using a systems engineering approach to support overall ISS performance and design requirements through final reviews, acceptance and Certification of flight readiness (CoFR).
    • Ensured the requirements for the integrated software control functions of the ISS were adequately allocated and defined.
    • Led project for engineers on the ISS engineering support contract including, scheduling, monitoring resources and suppliers and providing quality deliverables, feedback and technical support to stakeholders.

    • Provided data base support for the Space Shuttle Portable On Board Computers for the Flight Planning Branch using Microsoft ACCESS and Visual Basics
    • Coded maintenance, upgrade and development of Oracle PL/SQL, SQL*FORMS, SQL*PLUS, Pro*FORTRAN and Pro*C programs that provided company financial support applications and reports on a HP.

    • Provided data base support for the Oracle based Engineering Shuttle Configuration Management System and the Space Station Configuration Management System and the Datatrieve based Division Library Data Base.
    • Developed Oracle based data base for tracking Total Quality Management classes and user accounts.
    • Provided user support for the Engineering Computation Facility help desk for mainframe and supercomputer, both using UNIX based operating systems.
    • Provided documentation support and tested the Software Support Environment User Menus for the Rational Teamwork interface using ADA.  Provided a market survey for configuration management and build products that run UNIX and VMS.
    • Led project for the Flight Telerobotic Servicer (FTS) Display and Control Workstation development.  This included developing and implementing software requirements and providing documentation and reports and risk management on the FTS System.
    • Provided trouble shooting and systems analysis support for the Multi-Purpose Application Console workstation.
    • Evaluated UNIX and AIX operating systems  including the X-windows, Dataview, and SAMMI graphic software packages.  Served as beta test site analyst for the SAMMI graphic software package.

    • Created acceptance test procedures for the Automated Generalized Payload Model, produced preliminary design and critical design documents for master and control subsystem for the Navy simulator operational modes, designed Interface Control Documents for the Multi-mission program office, and produced Base IC Structure Maintenance and User Class Materials.
    • Managed the interface between software engineering and the application engineering departments for the Multi-mission project.
    • Designed and documented the Supplemental Computing Interface task on HP.
