    International Space Station (ISS) Test & Verification Budget Lead, Flight Emulator Operations and  Test Site Activation Lead, and Command & Data Handling (C&DH) Test Engineer.  Responsible for estimating and tracking manpower and other direct cost budgets, project schedules, and hardware utilization schedules for multiple projects.  Responsible for team leadership and technical direction of 18-20 engineers and technicians in the build-up, validation, and test configuration of on-orbit ISS functionality, which required an extensive understanding of Flight Systems including Command & Data Handling (C&DH), Electrical Power Systems (EPS), Guidance Navigation & Control (GNC), and Communications & Tracking (C&T), using design drawings and schematics, for use in dynamic test environments for the purpose of Multi-Element Integration Testing (MEIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) of Flight Elements prior to launch, by performing Hardware/Software integration, flight software loads, and simulation configuration/loads, using Hardware/Software Configuration Management and quality processes.
