PS:
All my responsibilities I can divide into following parts:
- Investigation:
• Full-time placement that included investigation, analysis and solution of manufacturing issues while assembling and installing units and structure modules using REDARS, PSDS, BDMs, PDM, Catia, change requests (CNs, QNs, CARs, EPIs, ELREs, PRRs, etc.).
• Analysis of the technical task for the project and of labor expenses.
- Implementation:
• Creating details, assemblies, installations using Catia V4/V5.
• Creating drawings.
• Conduct Full set of technical documentation such as Bill of Material through the life cycle until release, etc.
.• As part of the team work with designers, engineers and stress team to develop design concepts, mechanical system/ layouts and have experience and knowledge of composite primary and secondary structure.
• Checking implemented packages.
- Re-presentation:
• On-site representation (Wichita, KS): coordinate and facilitate communication between Russian and American design groups. Responsibilities include: Present engineering proposals on manufactory requests for customer review, coordination and approval. Create work statements and establish schedule for the work packages, track the approval process up to release. Getting together new assignments, provide initial investigation and transfer to Moscow team.
• Taking part in IPT reviews, meeting, teleconferences.
- Improvement:
• Development of work process.
• Organization of development and the development of systematic management on the executing of project (standard works of project).
• LEAN transformation.
- Project supporting:
• Prepare reports and charts on current work process, development and supporting the status table of project.
• Coordination of a project flow process with the group of design engineers, stress engineers and other responsible members of other company located in the USA
• Host weekly teleconferences to coordinate activities between Progresstech team and Spirit focal engineer.
• Production support, develop solutions and presentations on manufactory requests for production and fleet aircrafts. Responsibilities include: documentation update to solve manufacturing and engineering issues, manage bill of material within PDM etc.
• Control of obtaining initial data of project from the customer, checking urgency for the project, conducting the acquaintance of the engineers of working group with the input information.
• Quality control of the output documentation of the project.
• Realizing of the transfer of the output documentation of the project.
• Conducting the analysis of the observations of customer and organization and if necessary the elimination of these observations.
• Conducting the analysis of the observations of those revealed with the internal checking and the observations of the customer.
The projects I’ve took part are:
- SNCRC Sustain(that’s mean Strut, Nacelle, & Composite Responsibility Center) – it is Propulsion department of Inlet / Fan Cowl / Thrust Reverser / Strut structure: 737, 747, 747-8F, 767, 777 airplanes.
Responsibilities include (not limited):
• Work with scanned mylar drawings (create ADCNs, transfer mylar to 3D), crate both 2D and 3D digital model within CATIA and bill of material in PDM environment. Bring old structure requirements in compliance with current design practices and technology.
- 787 Pylon Systems & Structure Design:
• Deliverables include work description, layout, and production data sets using CATIA-v5 CAD systems. Additional responsibilities include coordination with various production and engineering departments on overall design requirements.
• Develop, change and modify CATIA v5 MBDs, IRMs, ARMs and ERMs.
• Conduct IVT sessions and other functions within Catia v5 & Enovia.
- Bombardier Learjet 85:Flight Control Surface Direction_Elevator, Aileron, Rudder.
• Creating the detail/assy/instl and drafts and corrected some geometry according standards (fasteners locations, edge margin, etc) and engineering requests.
Gulfstream G650:Rib 534, Left hand, Right hand symmetrical.
• Revising the geometrical parameters of features according change request documents.
- KAMOV 226T (helicopter): bottom of the cab and middle fuselage.
• Making changes in the structure of the bottom frame the cockpit and fuselage middle of the Ka-226T using Catia V5 tools.
- Antonov AN148:
• Rear baggage hatch construction of AN-148 airplane using CADDS5, Catia V5, AutoCAD, Solidworks systems.
• Team leading (4 technicians).
I’m able to deal with CATIA V4/V5 (including modules: Part Design, Sketcher, Assembly Design, FT&A, Generative Shape Design), Teamcenter PDM, ENOVIA LCA, IVT, FlyThru/EPIC, DIOL, BRIDGE, GD&T and of cource MS Office (including Project, Share Point, etc), UNIX, OS Mac.
