    National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Operations Squadron (NOPS) (2004 – 2011)

    Honeywell Technology Solutions Incorporated, Schriever AFB, CO

    Assistant Senior Operations Controller- Oversaw operations of satellite configuration equipment that interacts continuously with a multitude of NRO customers, providing commanding and telemetry connectivity, as well as multiple satellite program initialization and early orbit operations

    • Oversaw a team of operations controllers performing 24hr flight operations, averaging 130 contacts per day, for multiple NRO satellite missions spanning all spectrums of Signals and Imagery Intelligence (SIGINT & IMINT)

    • Provided NRO access to the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) ensuring continuous global satellite operations

    • Provided time-critical troubleshooting and problem resolution between the AFSCN and NRO customers

    • Resolved multiple vehicle anomaly situations through decisive direction and troubleshooting

    • Lead shift trainer for all new, future, and recurring events related to operations and equipment.

    Operations Integration Augmentee- Served as a liaison from the NOPS Integration Work Center (IWC) for Mids shift.

    • Provided a resource availability for the IWC to communicate, task and execute integration unique tasks required to meet current and future NRO mission objectives
