    • Senior Project Manager responsible for the implementation of Service Management Framework Phase I Processes (based on ITIL v3) and toolsets to be deployed throughout all five NCSA sectors. This requires coordination with local Sector Project Teams, Process Design Virtual Teams, and Technical Integration/Deployment Teams as directed by the Project Management board. This project is based on PRINCE II.
    • Strategic Communications Manager, editing and producing the monthly SMF  Newsletter, assist in the design and implementation of the SMF SharePoint Portal, Project Management dashboards, cross-Sector document publishing.
    • Present SMF concepts to the CIS Office Orientation training in Latina Italy.
