Design of a 0g system (device aiming to suppress the effects of ground gravity on the structure deformation in order to guarantee ground mirrors alignment validity in orbit), preparation of the satellite microvibration tests (vibrations sensors, acoustic environment precautions, test setup), accuracy budgets, secondary structure design for passive thermal control. Interdisciplinary working context, (mechanical, thermal, optical and production engineers, supplier relationship management)
» 2010 : 7-month internship at Thales Alenia Space in the Industrial Unit Integration & Test department. Conception of a mechanical frame for the qualification of the refocusing mechanism of a military satellite. Accuracy of the measures greater than one micrometer and microradian. Thermal stability obtained with the use of specific materials (Invar, Zerodur). Finite elements analysis, capacitive/inductive sensors.
» 2009 : 5-month internship at Airbus (Aerolia since January 2009). Participation to the development of the A350XWB through the Methods service. Collaboration and relational skills, project management, technical skills in composite materials, autonomy and adaptation to the organization of the company.
» July 2008 : Temporary worker for LEUCO, I had to evaluate the regrinding costs of the wood machining tools they sell to determine their selling prices for the regrinding service.
